I am thrilled to announce a significant milestone in my journey!

In July, I was appointed as the Head of Clinical Operations at a small biotech company where I was already a the Clinical Project Lead for a key product.

This decision did not come lightly, as I had to make some tough choices. Deciding to downsize other projects and my beloved Pilates studio to dedicate ample time to this pivotal role.

I am deeply committed to this responsibility, as the company strives to gain market access for one product and bring another to market. With dedication and unwavering focus, I will guide and mentor a team of 12 clinical professionals, each at different stages of their development and careers.

What drives me in this new endeavor? The answer is simple: a profound passion for people connection, collaborations, and, above all, Women's health. These are the areas where my heart truly resides.

I continue to make a meaningful impact in the field of Women's health and clinical operations. I look forward to witnessing the positive changes and accomplishments that lie ahead!
