I recently had the opportunity to participate as a panel member at the 12th Annual Outsourcing in Clinical Trials (OCT) Nordics in Copenhagen. This event is a key gathering for professionals from the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors across the Nordic region. As part of a discussion focused on setting up efficient governance structures with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), we explored practical strategies to enhance collaboration, oversight, and the overall success of clinical trials.
