Workshop Madrid

During a 3 days workshop LyncoClinical presented and furhter defined the role of the local clinical research associates (CRA).  This mid-size pharmaceutical company, based in Germany, implemented new roles and jobprofiles.   The role of the CRA was upgraded to a more holistic role of site manager, relationship manager with quit some emphasizes on communication with internal and external stakeholders.
